LTX-Credence announces selection of PAx tester by Shimane Masuda Electronics


USA: LTX-Credence Corp., a global provider of market focused, cost-optimized ATE solutions, announced that Shimane Masuda Electronics Co. Ltd (SME), a leading company of semiconductor assembly and test services in Japan, has selected the PAx for volume production testing of RF front end devices.
