UK: After several dormant months, the Chinese government’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has issued a proposal, open to comments, on “China RoHS” that has been in force since March 2007.
In what could be a response to the EU proposing an open scope on RoHS (vote on the
recast expected in October) “Electronic Information Products” will become broader and change to “Electronic and Electrical Products”.
