Key Tronic completes acquisition of CDR Manufacturing
SPOKANE VALLEY, USA: Key Tronic Corp., a provider of electronic manufacturing services (EMS), announced that it has signed a definitive agreement and completed the acquisition of CDR Manufacturing Inc. (dba Ayrshire Electronics) for $46.9 million in cash.
