Tian Shui Hua Tian Technology selects Teradyne J750Ex

NORTH READING, USA: Teradyne Inc. announced that Tian Shui Hua Tian Technology has purchased multiple J750Ex test systems for wafer sort and final test applications in the Consumer Audio/Video and Gigabit Ethernet application segments.

The J750 platform, with its economical parallel testing and compact, zero-footprint design, is the worldwide production test standard for microcontrollers. By extending the platform’s digital, mixed signal and DC instrument portfolio with its Ex instrument suite, the J750 can now test an even broader range of applications, including the Gigabit Ethernet segment.

The J750 continues to deliver the most compelling cost of test economics and the Ex instrumentation extends that value proposition and also offers performance headroom. In addition, the IG-XL software environment enables rapid engineering characterization and multisite production test development.
