Vishay and Chilisin announce license agreement for high-current, molded power chokes/inductors

USA: Vishay Intertechnology Inc. announced that Chilisin Electronics Corp., together with its related companies, has entered into a worldwide, non-exclusive license agreement with Vishay for the right to manufacture, have manufactured, use, sell, offer for sale, distribute, import, and export high-current, molded power chokes/inductors under Vishay's patents.

Chilisin is a Taiwan manufacturer of passive components with manufacturing facilities located in the Greater China area. Vishay Intertechnology, a Fortune 1,000 company listed on the NYSE (VSH), is one of the world's largest manufacturers of discrete semiconductors (diodes, MOSFETs, and infrared optoelectronics) and passive electronic components (resistors, inductors, and capacitors).

These components are used in virtually all types of electronic devices and equipment, in the industrial, computing, automotive, consumer, telecommunications, military, aerospace, power supplies, and medical markets.
