AdvanIDe showcases leading developer tools for smart cards and RFID

CARTES & IDentification 2011, PARIS, FRANCE: AdvanIDe, a leading distributor of semiconductors for RFID transponders, chip cards and RFID readers and terminals, is highlighting its broad smart card and RFID semiconductor portfolio at CARTES & IDentification 2011.

In addition to showcasing its idCOS secure CPU microcontrollers and the company’s toolkits for RFID antenna tuning, AdvanIDe executives will conduct customer consultations in their booth during CARTES.

AdvanIDe will feature its extensive suite of tools for the development of MCU OSs, applications, Java Card applets and RFID antenna design in Booth 4M012 at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center from November 15 to 17, 2011. Key AdvanIDe demonstrations at CARTES & IDentification 2011 include:

* idCOS secure CPU MCUs: Based on flash technology and designed for software developers to develop high level applications.

* HF Analyzer Toolkit – USB: Developer tool kit includes an analyzer, antenna, Ohm cable, drivers and documentation to enable manufacturers of readers and cards to tune RFID antenna circuits.
