TAIPEI, TAIWAN: Xodtec LED Inc., a leading Taiwan-based LED lighting solutions and products provider, announced that its LED MR16 lamp has passed the new CE standards, in compliance with amended EMC Directive published in OJEU (Official Journal of the European Union).
Mike Chou, chief operation officer of Xodtec LED, said: "We believe that it is a major achievement for us to meet this test because the standard requires the electronic design to be confined inside the small housing. We hope that this certification will provide us with an advantage in marketing our LED MR16 into overseas markets where it must meet strict safety standards."
