The ADM3052 device utilizes Analog Devices iCoupler technology and combines a three-channel isolator, a CAN transceiver and a linear regulator into a single package. The ADM3052 is capable of running at data rates up to 1 Mbps. The ADM3052 has current-limiting and thermal shutdown features to protect against output short circuits and situations where the bus may be shorted to ground or power terminals. The part is fully specified over the industrial temperature range and is available in a 16-lead, wide-body SOIC package.
The Analog Devices ADA4896-2/ADA4897-1/ADA4897-2 are unity-gain stable, low noise, rail-to-rail output, high speed voltage feedback amplifiers – each with a quiescent current of 3mA. These amplifiers are ideal for applications employing ultrasound, low noise preamplifiers, and drivers of high performance ADCs, with a 230 MHz bandwidth, 120 V/μs slew rate, and settle to 0.1 percent in 45 ns. With a wide supply voltage range of 3 V to 10 V, the ADA4896-2/ADA4897-1/ADA4897-2 are ideal candidates for systems that require high dynamic range, precision, low power and high speed. The ADA4896-2/ADA4897-1/ADA4897-2 operate over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
