UK: After a delay of several months the prososed list of RoHS exemptions was finally added to the Official Journal (OJ) of the European Union on 24 September and became effective on that date (some Member States need to amend their national legislation first).
Note bumber 10 on the covering preample states: "It is necessary to make substantial changes to the Annex of Directive 2002/95/EC. Therefore, for reasons of clarity, the whole Annex should be replaced".
