Digi-Key now stocking TDK-Lambda DOSA-2-compliant DC-DC converters

THIEF RIVER FALLS, USA: Digi-Key Corp. announced the addition of TDK-Lambda’s family of non-isolated, SMT DC-DC converters to its expansive product line.

TDK-Lambda’s DC-DC converter product offering consists of four series with output current and power ratings as follows: iCF at 3 A/16.5 W, iCG at 6 A/33 W, iBF at 12 A/66 W, and the iAF at 20 A/110 W. These robust converters feature fully-optimized control loops, providing excellent transient response without external loop-tuning components and the ability to operate in ambient temperatures from -40°C up to +115°C.

Fully compliant with the latest second generation DOSA standards for Point-of-Load converters, the new DOSA-2-compliant models include high power densities, no external tuning components (plug & play), low profiles, high efficiencies, and Edge Plated Castellation (EPC) pads for easy SMT solder joint inspections. These converters are ideal for harsh telecom/broadcast mast-mounted applications, as well as industrial, test & measurement, and medical equipment.

These rugged components are currently available for purchase, in customizable Digi-Reel package sizes as small as one piece, from Digi-Key's global websites.

As the leading integrated Internet-based distributor of electronic components, information about and inventory of millions of products is accessible to customers around the globe, with all products shipped from Digi-Key’s single, North American location.
