Exar and Würth have partnered to provide this Low Power Point of Load Solution Design Kit with a complete converter range from 600 mA to 1,500 mA. The kit includes single or dual channel options and provides design engineers with the latest synchronous step down ICs with the best suitable and lowest profile inductors for applications needs.
Additional features include: Synchronous buck regulator, low input voltage (2.5V-5.5V), constant operating frequency up to 1.5 MHz, efficiency up to 97 percent, adjustable output voltage as low as 0.6V, and over temperature protection.
This kit can be used in applications including portable equipment, Point of Loads, set top boxes, portable media players, hard disk drives, battery-operated equipment, audio/video equipment, and networking and telecom equipment.
