Larson releases high intensity LED light bar with inline transformer

USA:  Larson Electronics has announced the release of a compact yet powerful 150 watt LED light that provides all the power and intensity of a 400 watt metal halide lamp, but without the high heat or fragile construction.

These LED lights feature heavy the ability to run from 120-277 volt standard current, or 12/24 volt DC current, making them a powerful and versatile lighting solution that is ideal for everything from industrial operations to military, law enforcement, and marine applications.

The Larson Electronics LEDP5W-30-1227-20C High Output LED Light provides operators in demanding environments with a powerful and compact alternative to HID lighting that can withstand abuse and rough handling typical incandescent and HID lamps cannot.

This powerful LED light assembly is designed for use in demanding environments and is constructed of powder coated extruded aluminum with an unbreakable polycarbonate lens for excellent resistant to damage wear. The housing is rated IP68 waterproof, meaning it can withstand submersion up to three meters of depth for extended periods, making it effectively impervious to the effects of driving rain and high humidity.

Although this LED light runs natively from 12 or 24 volt DC current, Larson Electronics has fitted a waterproof inline transformer with 20 feet of cord to allow operation with standard universal currents ranging from 120 to 277 VAC.
